“They are supposed to be a place where you can get therapy and medication management yet they don't ask the question that matters to most of us and that's would you like a male or female therapist, psychiatrist, nurse practitioner but did they ask me nope they didn't and I am not comfortable with a male nurse practitioner at all. Talk about making me relive childhood trauma and here I thought they cared evidently not.”

“We had our first visit to Dr. Prince this past week, and it was wonderful! He is attentive, understanding, and genuinely willing to listen. His bedside demeanor is top-notch. He meets his patients at their level - he did a fantastic job with my 16-year-old son. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. The facility was inviting, aesthetically pleasing, and clean. “YI This doctor does not see family members of other patients! My mother had a full conversation with the doctor about her son (me) coming to see her and had us wait more than a month on a waitlist for her rude receptionists to call and tell us the doctor would not accept us since we were family with another patient. “Her policy” not Mississippi’s. When asked about the “new” doctor I could wait until April/May to see, they gave me attitude and said “You don’t have to wait, you can seek care elsewhere”. Which is exactly what I’m doing. You can’t make doctor offices change because they make too much money to care but it blows my mind that they would be so rude and unprofessional in the industry they chose to work in. What kind of medication management physician makes people wait an entire month before rejecting them? Steer clear of this doctor if you have a choice”
