What patients say on Google

“Been going here for almost two years now, and it's pretty great. Therapy has helped, and the nurse is pretty great at listening to you as well. Overall, couldn't really ask for more.”

“I’ve been to Gulf Coast and have seen 2 different therapist, wasn’t extremely pleased but still gave them a shot. I did not return there until I was recommended to see Dr. Tina Malonson for med management for my on-going mental health issues. From the moment I met her, I knew she wanted to help. She’s straight to the point, really digs into what you’re saying and puts her heart and soul into her work. This is mental health.. it’s not easy to treat or talk about but Ms. Tina took care of me from day one!! When I received an email THE DAY AFTER my appointment saying she was no longer practicing there I almost had a heart attack. They refused to tell me where she would be working or if she was even still practicing!! They kept my scheduled appointment and said “here’s the new doctor you’ll see”.. yea umm no thanks. I did my digging and found Ms. Tina is still practicing .. you can find her on google by searching her name up. Mind and body wellness is where she’s practicing now I believe or something along those lines. So if that email you received saying she’s no longer there gave you a nice jump scare.. please reach out to her office so we can continue to be stable and great!! I understand you guys have a business to run, but my mental health isn’t just “for your business”. This is life or death for me!”

“Nice people, but they do not practice a 15 minute grace period if you’re running late. ⏰Even if you communicate the nature of delay in advance you will have to reschedule. We all know you’re gonna wait on the doctor 10-15 minutes past your appointment if you go to the doctor’s office, but there is no mutual courtesy here. I was the last appointment of the day and my final communication with them was when I was 4 minutes out so this appointment cancelation just left a ‘lazy, ready to go home’ impression on me. I was tossed up between 1 and 3 stars because the doctor seems knowledgeable and insightful, but if they can’t practice common mutual courtesies it’s not really a place I would seek care from. You need care from people who care that you can rely on.”

“I have been a patient here for two years, so let me give you the whole truth. The therapists are great, the services they offer are excellent. However any changes to your usual schedule or routine is not communicating until there is days left. Multiple times I've had appointments scheduled in advance then I'll get a call saying they're on vacation or something. They shouldn't book you for a week they know the doctors won't be available, or at least tell you when they become in the know. They wait until the very last second, very poor planning. My therapist moved to a private practice and I was informed in an email a week before she left. That does not give me time to find another. Another thing is with your prescriptions. Tina is pretty good about sending in the right amount, but multiple times I had run out, called to have it refilled, and heard nothing back. You have to call multiple times to get anything done. Even then it will take a few days for them to get around to it. And I know the system, I usually pick up my prescriptions day of after an appointment. Let me tell you, withdrawal symptoms are real and they suck. But these people do not care. What they care about is money.”
