“I saw Nancy as my therapist and was very happy with her. However the office was always dirty and the front desk staff super unprofessional. But I still liked seeing Nancy. I thought I had a billing issue and stopped coming to appointments until I knew for sure I wasn’t racking up a bill. It would NOT have been my first billing issue either. Of course I gave notice that I was canceling. When wanting to return, they refused to return my calls, texts and emails therefore my one star review is actually more than they deserve. I never owed them money, I never was a no call no show. I was simply blown off. I did not appreciate it Grunblatt. Your office is terribly run long before 2020.”

“I've been seeing Nancy for going on a year now and she's excellent, one of the best therapists I've had. We do video calls so I can't speak for the physical office, but the video call system works great and I've had only occasional tech issues (software, not the office's fault). I wish there were an autopay option for billing, but the current system is fine—I get a paper bill in the mail and shoot their billing person an email telling them how much to charge on my card, haven't had any issues.”

“Therapists don't work in the billing section. LOL I have copays and there are times when I pay less than I owe. The ladies who collect the copay are always friendly about it. My first impression of the office area was it's small and there's toys on the shelves. I never wait more than 5 minutes. My counselor is warm and inviting. She makes me feel welcome. I have not seen any of the conditions reported/posted in other reviews of Grunblatt Psychology.”

“I want to give this business absolutely no stars, but google wouldn't let me. Scheduled an appointment through my doctors office with this company on January 7, 2019, the doctor I was to see, Nancy Clark and appointment was schedule for February 19,2019 at 9am, (which I had to rearrange my work schedule and have someone cover my hours to be able to go to appt.) I was called by my doctors office on February 18th 2019 at 10:45 a.m. and told Nancy Clark was cancelling my appointment because she overbooked the day. You call me not even 24 hours before an appointment that was made over a month ago.SERIOUSLY!!! INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE I don't think any person wants these qualities in doctors you should respect and trust.”
