However, after my partner missed two appointments that he didn't even know about, suffering from COVID for weeks, and not having enough money to even pay our phone bill– they charged us $100 without even trying to contact us. Therapy seems more interested in money over actually caring for clients.”

“Rebecca Bayes is the worst therapist I have had in my 22 years of treatment. She used my zoom sessions for her lunch hour slopping down food the entire time I tested her as I knew she was not paying attention to me and said off the wall things to get her to drop the fork. I complained about her in August they called me back yesterday in October. That's right two months later. A pet rock would have done a better job and cost nothing compared to paying $180 to watch a 350 pound woman with food issues hog down.”

Doctor Broyles as well as the office have outside communication resources in place. I am able to email Doc. Broyles at any time and he respondeds when he is able. I have texted or called his Secretary on several occasions she is so supportive and kind. I feel very lucky to have found this practice and these wonderful people!
