“Hi there, So I was recently a new consumer at this facility and I never really liked the way I was mistreated by any of the staff members. One of them named: Nurse Toni and Guadalupe was nice was to me. The lunch ladies and Janitors were pretty rude and overly obnoxious. Didn’t like how the daily routine was being set everyday having to take many medications. They are on you during the morning 24/7. And If you’re not medicine compliant, these are the secret things that they don’t tell you which Is they will have you on restriction or limited. And If you’re are taking your meds you can be able to back out and sign yourself to the community. In the mornings hot coffee does get served including exercise, health, and fitness but sometimes the schedule of It was exhausting. And If you don’t comply, when to speak with the directors If something Is wrong, they will have It reported but the consumers don’t respect you’re boundaries AT ALL. I also was recently discharged because of an altercation that did happen between me and a relationship I was In with this guy that tried to SA me so when I already gave him some time for us to wait to talk things out, Another girl got Involved trying to trigger me and that was NOT okay. I defended myself back because the guy I was supposed to be not taking to and now I’m currently homeless and have no where to go. While him and the other girl have now a place to stay and I don’t. I’ve been In and out of mental hospitals since I was the age of 14. Showers there can be unsanitary sometimes. And No you don’t get you’re own shower. Everyone either on each floor all uses the same one whether you’re on 2,3,4,5 and 6. MHP workers named: Reggie, Antonique, and Amanda. The consumers there can be disrespectful and stressful to deal with too. A lot of smoking and unnecessary drinking that the Individuals during smoke break like to enjoy doing while someone else sometimes I would see other consumers getting mistreated like crap and the staff wouldn’t care. Especially the lunch ladies had the most horrible attitude.If ever you’re In a situation like that PLEASE know you’re NOT ALONE. And you WILL get through this!”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this nursing home. I was concerned about how my son was treated during his stay. After he left, the facility refused to release medications that were essential for his mental health while continuing to bill for those medications even though he was no longer there. We were also told he would receive a large bill because he left against medical advice. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility.”

“Every time I walk by this place there's about 15 people out front yelling and smoking. I've seen staff in the back smoking, and the place reeks of cigarette smell within a 20 foot radius of the entrance. Place seems very run down and based on other reviews, wouldn't recommend. There's other places in the Evanston area I'd recommend much more”

“I had no problems at greenwood care everybody was friendly all the way down to the housekeeping. My only problem was medical records in them only having one room for people who are lgbtq I like to give special thanks to a lot of people who helped me there. Micaiah. Reggie Clarence. Both Amanda's. Nurse Jackie nursa don. Nurse Evita/Adrian. Nurse Susan /I believe that's her name I want to thank the scheduler. I want to thank angel. I want to thank Priscilla. I want to thank the front desk Jamaica everybody in the front office. I want to thank ebony she was the driver who took us on audience very friendly down the Earth very cool. I want to date rsa's Kimmy Shabe. Nicaiah. Nikki. Rasheeda I want to thank the QMHP. Clarence.. antonique. The psychiatrist was very friendly and very motivated and very straightforward with a good attitude. So was the medical doctor. The weak points is punctuality 1 but I give them a good rating it was a good place a good fit overall it was a good fit and they care.”
