“Horrible experience with ketamine treatment. I have severe PTSD from abuse from a man and that is what I was seeking treatment for. For my first (and only) treatment they put me in a small room with an unknown man (another patient) who was behind a room divider, so I could not see who he was. The technicians turned out the lights, drugged me and left me alone in the room with that man. It was rather terrifying. I was incapacitated and could not defend myself if needed because of the drugs. It was very triggering and felt completely unsafe and irresponsible on their part. Additionally, I was not given instructions as to what to do or focus on during the treatment until after the treatment so other than focusing on whether or not the other person in the room was safe or not I did not know what to do with myself. I sincerely hope they will consider this review and not leave people alone with strangers in a dark room while drugged. I would have felt better with a technician there with me. Until they change their treatment methods I did not recommend this facility for ketamine treatments.”

“The providers, Dr Schmidt and the PA, Jenna, are exceptional! Other than that my experience was pretty bad. I would not recommend if receiving treatments regularly as prescribed is important to you OR if you don’t have hours every month to keep on top of your case manager. I have had over two years of treatments with this location and I can confidently say that Greenbrook dropped the ball with my case and put my life at risk. Would recommend another clinic.”

This center is run with compassion and great communication methods. Even after hours, if I had an urgent question and nobody was there to answer phones (cause they were closed) I was able to text someone and get an answer. That's what I mean by great service, and they provide it. Thank you Greenbrook!!!”
