How likely are you to recommend Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers?
What patients say on Google
“I truly look forward to my weekly Spravato treatments at Greenbrook in Owings Mills. The care team consistently creates a safe, calm, and welcoming environment that makes it easier to focus on healing. The staff at Greenbrook take the time to answer questions and ensure I’m comfortable throughout each session. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. Since starting Spravato here, my quality of life has improved significantly. I feel more stable, more hopeful, and more present in my day-to-day life. The progress I’ve experienced is a direct reflection of the hard work, dedication, and consistency of this team.”
“This place is not quite perfect, but I still absolutely love it. I go to the Owings Mills location. It is the second clinic I have received Spravato care at and compared to the last place it is literally exceptional. I see Dr. Lauren Elliott. She genuinely listens and takes your symptoms seriously, meets you where you are and adapts to your specific case. At Greenbrook, you do not have much time to talk to the doctors, but the time you have to talk to Dr. Lauren Elliott is used well. Also, the service the coordinators provide is excellent. Communications via email is not always very reliable, but they respond quickly to phone calls. Treatment seems to be extremely expensive though, but for me at least it is just a $10 copay with insurance, so I do recommend checking your coverage. The first clinic I went to was at Johns Hopkins, and it was good too at first, but the doctor became dead set on tapering out my dose schedule even though I was having horrible relapses. I would never go back to Hopkins. I feel like Greenbrook takes my illness seriously.”
“I had such a wonderful experience here. Michael was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for, which makes such a difference when going through TMS treatment. I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone considering TMS. 💗”
“My review is probably going to get taken down but I don't care. I will start off by saying that the staff is all VERY kind especially Ellen and Michael. However, the two months that I did TMS therapy were the worst two months of my entire life and I cannot in good conscience recommend anybody else try it at this location. Dr. Swanton looked me in the eye and told me that "our treatment doesn't make you worse" while I was being treated at 120% intensity, which is standard, but too much for my body to handle. It got so bad that my psychiatrist had to intervene and talk to Dr. Swanton's boss to put him in line and have them treat me at 100% and eventually 80% for the last few sessions. This treatment did work but I had a downright terrible experience and the invalidation from Dr. Swanton made me feel like there was something wrong with me for feeling worse on the treatment. While I am glad I didn't quit, I probably should have after those first two weeks.”
