She was always gentle, patient, and attentive, never rushed, never dismissive. Her presence alone made a difference. She treated me not just as a patient receiving a procedure, but as a person who was trying—trying to heal, trying to get through the day, trying to keep going. That matters more than I can put into words. TMS is a vulnerable process, and having someone like Katie there—calm, kind, and respectful—changes the entire experience. Katie and Jackie were also a pleasure throughout the entire treatment process. They always made me feel very comfortable coming in for treatment. I greatly appreciated them and the notecard they left me on my final day was touching and made me feel like I was a valued patient. As for the treatment itself, I was very happy with the results. The mental struggles I had going into the treatment greatly reduced by the end of the 36 treatments.
