“The staff and Dr. Chhabra have been great. My consultation was easy and straightforward, they asked questions and listened. I was given all the information I needed to decide which treatment I wanted to do. I was able to ask questions and get the answers I needed. I never felt dismissed or unheard. The next appointment was a Telehealth call with Dr. Chhabra, she was very professional, friendly and sympathetic to my struggles with my mental heath. She was just excited to see me get started and make progress as I was. My visit first in the office was simple, they example how the treatment and set up works. They also talked about what was normal and not normal during treatment and told me to let them know if I was having any discomfort. They wanted to make sure i was comfortable as possible. I was told headaches would be normal after TMS treatment for the first few weeks, luckily I never had any. The pulses weren’t bad either, after the first day I’m now usually done in about 30mins. Each day the staff greets you they are pleasant, and professional. I’m only 8 treatments in so I can’t comment on the results of the TMS treatment yet. But I’ll be back to update once I’m halfway through and then a finally update after completion.”
