“The people here are very nice and genuinely caring but Greenbrook corporate billing is now my source of my anxiety and depression and going every week just revisits the stress. I thought Spravato did make a positive difference but billing incorrectly collected my copays for the several months of treatment, leaving me troubleshooting a very large balance with Cigna, my HR, their billing department, and the local team for 3 months now with little resolution. I can't feel confident in bills being processed correctly every time I visit and I feel helpless fighting this. Make sure you collect and save every single receipt. Incredibly disappointing and stressful. Devin, Kelly, and Jatoria have been outstanding and really try though, so it sucks to write this review. I will probably discontinue treatment due to this issue.”
