“Wanted to take a moment to discuss my horrible experience with the Annapolis Greenbrook. Alyson and Nesma are completely unprofessional. Neither should have their job. I was treated so poorly by this staff. On top of depression. I hope this location closes. EDIT: After receiving feedback from the company, I wanted to delve deeper. My experience with the Greenbrook TMS Annapolis location overall sucked. For months, the staff repeatedly contacted me, pushed scheduling, and seemed very eager to move forward with Spravato treatment—right up until the moment they determined I wasn’t eligible. After that, the communication abruptly stopped. Calls and follow-ups that were constant before suddenly vanished. It felt as though their interest was tied entirely to the possibility of my insurance covering Spravato, and once that was off the table, so was I. Being effectively ghosted after weeks of engagement was unprofessional, frustrating, and frankly disrespectful of my time and effort. I expected better from a clinic that deals with people seeking mental-health support. I would strongly urge others to consider this experience when deciding where to seek care. These people see dollar signs when they assess you.”

“I have been a patient at Greenbrook for Spravato therapy for a few months now, and my family member has been a patient for over a year at the same clinic, so I can confidently say Greenbrook consistently provides amazing service. The entire staff is incredibly kind, empathetic, and a pleasure to be around.
