How likely are you to recommend Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services?
What patients say on Google
“Here is my feedback regarding my recent, highly unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Chima and the office staff. The issues began with a complete lack of organization and professionalism from the clinic staff. They failed to communicate with me on multiple occasions, including neglecting to provide notice that the posted office address is incorrect, despite clearly being aware of the issue. Furthermore, when I requested to email or fax important documents prior to my visit, the staff showed no interest in reviewing them. My interaction with Dr. Chima was equally unprofessional. He began the appointment by mumbling behind his computer screen, making it difficult to understand him. When I politely asked him to repeat himself, he responded with attitude. Within the first ten minutes of our conversation, he attempted to misdiagnose me. It is entirely unacceptable to issue a diagnosis within that timeframe during an appointment lasting less than 30 minutes. Fortunately, I have since found an excellent psychiatrist elsewhere who has gone above and beyond to provide proper care. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend Dr. Chima or this practice.”
“I signed up to take the MMPI test and instead was given a personality test. I am not paying for something that is advertised but not given. Also, to even get an appt was a challenge with the female answering the phone (telling me SHE is the manager)”
“Had a telehealth MMPI exam scheduled during my lunch break at work at 11:30. When the time came, no one called. I ended up calling them and I was sent to voicemail. I received an automated text saying "sorry for missing your call. here's a link to reschedule" I missed my entire lunch waiting for a call back. I made a promise to my employer that I'd be completing this exam today. This is an extremely unprofessional place of business. I would not recommend them to anyone.”
