How likely are you to recommend Greater Family Health?
What patients say on Google
“I highly DO NOT recommend going there. They refused to help my mam just because we came on TIME for our appointment. When a client has to wait in the hall for a doctor for an hour or more, they don't care, but if you are a patent you have to come much ahead before your appointment, even if there is no line and you can sign all the paperwork within 2 min, they will kick you out.... very unhumane attitude, they not only lose their money, but show no respect to their patents..shame... i dont understand one think - if you want that people come 15 min before appointment- why you can not just do appointment for 15 min before 🤷🏼♀️ but just kick out the patient …. We will change the clinic for our family and DONT RECOMMEND no body go there”
“The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The entire place looks like it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. The furniture is old and worn out, and the pediatric patients are forced to sit in the same waiting area as adults, including walk-ins. For a medical facility, that’s unacceptable. We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. With a young child, that’s the earliest we could reasonably make it. Instead of making any effort to help, the receptionist didn’t even look for a solution. She just kept repeating the same scripted sentence: “You have to arrive 30 minutes early. We’ll need to reschedule your appointment.” No professionalism. No empathy. No willingness to help. Just robotic repetition. If your policy is more important than your patients—especially children—you’ve completely lost sight of what healthcare is supposed to be. An absolute waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its patients.”
“The Doctors (specifically my children’s doctor) are Great! No concerns with the clinical team. BUT THE FRONT DESK!!! They are unfriendly, unwelcoming, and speak to you as if you are beneath them. I’m leaving this review because I have grown frustrated with my experience with them. They don’t seem to understand their job and speak to you as if you are wrong when in fact they are. Sad to say but the front desk alone has driven me to look for another provider. At first I didn’t think it was a big issue but time and time again, it becomes too much. Customer service matters. Don’t come here unless you can tolerate a rude and condescending staff”
“I have always loved the pediatrician at this clinic and have been happy with the medical care my children received. However, the only part that made me uncomfortable was having to take my naked baby in the middle of the clinic for weight and measurements. It felt uncomfortable having my child exposed around other patients and visitors, including adult men. And during my last visit, my daughter was completely naked while being measured and weighed, and I noticed an older man repeatedly looking in our direction. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and protective of my child. Whether intentional or not, the situation left me feeling that my daughter’s privacy was not being respected. I would appreciate a more private area for this process. While I truly appreciate our pediatrician and the care we received, this experience made me realize that I would be more comfortable at a clinic that provides greater privacy for children during these procedures.”
