What patients say on Google

“Very disappointing experience at Greater Family Health in Palatine. We arrived on time for our child’s appointment and waited more than 40 minutes. During that time, several patients who arrived after us were called before us. We later learned there was an issue with our check-in at the front desk. The front desk employee, Juliana J., was unhelpful and did not communicate what was happening. We received no explanation for the delay and had to ask multiple times about our appointment status. Patients should not have to wait this long without any information, especially when bringing a child to a medical appointment. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the check-in process.”

“Everyone is so amazing. Walking in, I am immediately greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming gesture. Not to mention, all the doctors are so caring and when you’re in the doctor room you feel so safe and comfortable. I recommended all my family members here! 10/10 recommend!”

“It’s such a weird system. If a patient is even a minute late for an appointment, they won’t see you — that’s it, your appointment is gone. But if you arrive on time and they’re running behind, apparently it’s totally fine for you to sit there and wait indefinitely. My appointment was rescheduled to 3:30 PM. It’s now 4:45 PM, and I still haven’t been seen. I’ve been sitting here waiting for over an hour. I understand that delays happen, but if patients are expected to respect appointment times, the same consideration should go both ways. Patients’ time matters too.”

“Love coming to this clean clinic, even though it's a bit of a drive for us. But the staff are friendly & bilingual. 😊”
