“It's good to have a caseworker I got one her name is Jody she is a good one”

“I went here when I was 19-20 over four years ago. I was turned away at the door because they didn't take Medicaid. They also refused to take my money out of pocket because "I could lose my Medicaid." I was seeking DBT for Borderline personality disorder and severe alcoholism, and this establishment was one of the only places at that time that offered DBT. Not only did I drive 45 minutes to and from, but there is no sources that confirm Medicaid will drop you for paying for services out of pocket. That is a fabrication and is objectively anti-poor. Everyone deserves healthcare if they have the means. I'm writing this review because I got a cryptic letter concerning a data breach in the mail. Apparently this company made an "oopsie" almost a year ago and many customer's private information was leaked. I was not informed in a timely manner and that makes me incredibly upset. Not only did I completely waste my time and was never seen, but these goobers underwent a data breach and now my and many other folk's sensitive and personal information is in the hands of some ominous third party due to poor security and management. If they weren't going to see me, the least these people could have done is protect my information that they kept in their system for four years. Like I said, I was never seen and never went back. This was FOUR years ago. What a headache and a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place. That is a HUGE mistake that shouldn't be taken lightly by anyone. Tread with caution; I personally wouldn't trust these people with my sensitive information, let alone keeping and curating a chart regarding my mental health.”

“Great mental health service provider! My therapist is top notch and extremely insightful.. they couldn’t have matched me with a better therapist, honestly. I’ve been a patient for over a year now with weekly appointments. I’ve tried many treatment options and I have never made so much progress in such a short time!!! 10/10 would recommend.”

“Was seen years ago and was informed my information was stolen in a data breach. Thanks for nothing”
