“Disappointed After a Long Drive and a Minor Delay I’ve had great customer service at this location in the past, which makes this recent experience especially frustrating. I drove 40 miles to keep my appointment, only to be turned away for being two minutes late—despite calling ahead to explain I was delayed due to an accident. What’s especially upsetting is that the policy includes a 15-minute grace period, which I was well within. I wasn’t just late—I was still on time by their own standards. I want to be clear: I don’t complain when I’m asked to wait. I understand things happen and I’ve always been respectful of that. But in this case, after investing time, gas, and effort, I was met with zero flexibility and no acknowledgment of the circumstances. I’m sharing this so others are aware. While service here can be excellent, don’t expect empathy or consistency if you’re even slightly off schedule—even when policy says otherwise. I won’t be returning.”

“They clearly have terrible time management and plain management skills. My mother had an appointment for 2:30 which she came early to so that she could have ample time to fill out paper work. She should’ve looked at the review which that alone definitely would’ve lead to a canceled appointment. It is now after 4:30 and she still has yet to see her doctor. I wouldn’t recommend this facility for people who have serious and life threatening conditions. Or even someone who is coming in for a simple check up and has plans afterwards because you should factor in at least a 3-4 hour gap in you schedule when working with them.”

“RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! I came here for the purpose of exam and bloodwork to get cleared for an urgent surgery. They left me a voicemail saying they needed to recheck my urine before being cleared. I DID IT 5 TIMES, one of it being at a different greater baden location and somehow all of them didn’t go through. I’ve heard countless excuses “the lab machine doesn’t work” “the Dr put in the wrong order”. There is no excuse to be doing a lab order 5 different times and somehow I still don’t have results. I’m beginning to think they’re using it to pass drug tests lmao. Have fun trying to get your own medical records to switch to a new provider because nobody answers the phone and it eventually gets transferred to a call center where nobody knows anything. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any medical professional. There is a reason why that place is empty and dark.”

“The one in laplata is much better than what it was years ago. Cleaner, more organized, I had a doctor, who was nice and hospitable. 5/5”
