What patients say on Google
“I have been a patient of this practice since I was prepubescent—literally growing up under their care into adulthood. That history is exactly why this review is so disappointing to have to write. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been the complete opposite of the care and professionalism I once associated with this office. This is now the second time I have encountered unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending behavior from the office manager, Samantha, while simply trying to schedule necessary appointments. After a previous interaction, I was so uncomfortable that I avoided contacting the office for months. I even submitted a written request asking that my interactions with this individual be limited. Despite that, I was again required to deal with her and was spoken to in a way that felt belittling, dismissed when I expressed discomfort, and ultimately denied the ability to schedule my appointment. At one point, I was even told that no other staff member was authorized to assist me, which effectively blocked my access to care—not only for myself, but also for my child. It is deeply concerning to feel like your access to healthcare depends on the attitude or discretion of one staff member. Patients should never feel discouraged or prevented from receiving care due to unprofessional conduct. I truly hope the practice takes this seriously, because long-standing patients like myself should not feel pushed away after years of trust.”
“This visit felt different from all my other annual check ups. I will say that everyone was professional and in a good mood. The doctor that seen me was a student in training I believe she said and she did a great job! The other doctor however wasn’t as umm.. attentive. The two issues I stated I came in for other than my annual check up wasn’t really acknowledged. I felt like I had to remind her of them and she didn’t seem at all concerned. She came in let the student do my Pap smear and was going to just leave but I asked about my other concerns. I informed them of an examination to request a breast resection and all they did was examine my breast and didn’t say anything further. They actually didn't say anything about the breast examination either. Now I have to schedule another appointment with a different doctor I guess for a second opinion because I have serious back problems due to the heaviness of my breast after having my son. I don’t blame the student for anything because we’ve all had to go through training and I believe we the trainers should still make sure all the clients/patients needs are met.”
“Dr. Dorothy White-Willliams has been my personal doctor for decades; and has been the pediatrician for both of my sons throughout their childhood—they are now young adults. I don’t know why I never thought to write a review, but today is the day! I love her and her care & would highly recommend her as a family doctor! Dr. White-Williams is professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. You will not feel rushed in her office; she takes time to listen and does everything she can to be sure you receive whatever treatment may be needed.”
“After giving birth to my son eight years ago, I was in need of a great pediatrician, and Dr. Dorothy White-Williams came highly recommended. Eight years later, she is still his doctor. Although I’ve since moved 50 minutes away, I continue to choose her for my son’s care because, from day one, she has shown genuine concern for his health and well-being. That level of care is worth the drive. Dr. White-Williams is exceptional, and her staff is equally wonderful. They are always warm and welcoming—we’re greeted with smiles, and the office has a cheerful atmosphere from beginning to end. I highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for compassionate and professional pediatric care.”
