What patients say on Google

“For the most part my psychiatrist is great, one of the coolest doctors I’ve ever had! But Vicky the receptionist is so rude, she has no personality and will treat you like a child even if you’re the source of her income.”
Oliver
“Drove an hr to essentially be told I'm "Just in my 20's" despite having a long history of mental health issues. Front desk lady was very nice though.”

“Screw akron general drs just because I have a mental illness does not mean you can discharge me saying I'm delusional because you don't believe what really happened I have never felt so insulted before so forget it.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! This place is a joke and I would look elsewhere. I wasted 3 years of my life and time just to end up walking away without the proper help that I was seeking or deserved. Yeah they're affiliated with Cleveland Clinic but they're not partners with Cleveland Clinic so it makes it very difficult to connect with your provider here if you're trying to go through my chart. The provider I was seeing here for 3 years, I was not able to connect with them and communicate and chat with them on my chart, they simply did not appear as a provider on my chart. I was really starting to feel a disconnect with my provider here, he would not schedule me weekly we were doing like every couple months which was not working for me, I canceled my appointment(1st ever) a few weeks ago and yet no one from this office including my provider has reached out to me to see if I need to reschedule or if something is going on with me mentally. Also they don't care about their patients, they just don't, I would call the office leave a message and nobody would get back to me, there was a time I needed some paperwork filled out they ghosted me, my GP ended up filling out the paperwork. This place is a joke as I said and I do not RECOMMEND this place at all. I am now at Town Hall II and I wish I had found them sooner by far the best mental health treatment I have received in my life time, I have an amazing counselor, a phenomenal med doctor and also getting hooked up with case management and that's what I've been needing this whole entire time and yet no place would offer it to me and or was not available to me. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HELP WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, this is not the place.”
