What patients say on Google
“You go to set an appointment online the first thing they want is your credit card. I waited to find out what my co-pays were and they stated on the website never heard back from anybody but they did try to Bill my card thank God it was locked”
“A little nervous and anxious about my first session. However by the end I was relaxed and hopeful, definitely the right decision! I am well pleased will my therapist VaLisa ☺️”
“Listen to the reviews, I scheduled an appointment only to get a message the night before saying "I won't be in the office tomorrow "”
“I‘ve tried scheduling with three different therapists within the last almost two months and the appointments continue to be cancelled. I‘ve had one session since the first Wednesday of September. With my first therapist, I’d gone to that one session on the first Wednesday of September which was scheduled to be in person, but was asked day of if I could do it online and only accepted for the one session. I then scheduled for a second session, but was notified days before that it was canceled because the therapist got sick, which is no big deal. I messaged her to schedule for a new appointment, and even though I had responded to when I would be able to do another session about two days later, she never responded to me. I decided that I would switch therapists, which I was able to do, though since there were no female therapists who could do in-person other then the one I was trying to stop sessions with, I scheduled with a male therapist at a different location so I could do in person. That was scheduled for October 4. About a week before the session I was notified that it was canceled because he was not taking new clients since he was going to a new building. Because of this, I had to find a new therapist and decided to give it one more shot, so I decided that if I wanted to have a female therapist, I’d just do online therapy, and made an appointment for today at 1PM, which was cancelled within hours before the session because she woke up sick. I understand that people get sick, but every time I have tried to make an appointment, it has continued to be cancelled close to the appointment and I constantly have had to reschedule even though I should have had several sessions by now. I have given so many chances and trusted that something would change each time and they haven’t.”
