“They may have some decent therapy if you can get them to answer their phone and not hang up on you if you don't respond within a second or two. It's rather frustrating when you're either on hold for excessive lengths of time or you're rushed off the phone. It's impersonal on the phone and even when you're checking in for an appointment. If, however, you can get through their deplorable service staff, good luck having them listen to your needs... you'll just get assigned the next person that has availability, not someone that actually specializes in what you're being seen for nor the type of person that you need to see. In any case, if you're looking for a therapy GROUP that actually treats you like a part of the group, this is not the place for you. It's seemingly a company looking for more people in chairs because whilst the therapists might care... the company doesn't and it's clear by the folks they hire to keep business operating. If you care about customer service, look eisewhere place.”

“Farah Zoabi was a no show for my child and we really needed to begin his care. Edit to add, she canceled our 7am appointment at 8:02am. She didn't even reply to my text with a fake sorry. Nothing, but she can text at 10pm asking you to switch. Nope, we were asleep and made an appointment during your hours, that worked for us. You don't have to have your hours start that early. I would have had to pay$100 if I wasted her time, I can't even get an apology. Niel, the marriage counselor, will not say anything. Just asks "what do you guys want" over and over and gives you the silent treatment half the session. I was going to sign up for my own therapist but after Farah's unprofessionalism today, I'll go to a different practice. 2/2 therapist don't seem to want to do their jobs”

“This place is extremely unprofessional and should not be in operation. I scheduled an appointment for my child on 6/19/24 for July 9th. The day of the appointment we get a phone call that because my child is ASD they cannot see them. That isn't even an option on the drop down menus. Why did you wait 3 weeks and the DAY OF the appointment to call. This is the second time I have had an issue with great lakes. I am beyond frustrated. This is not ok and poor practices.”
