“In all honesty I should of read the review's, I was supposed to have an appointment on a zoom call September 4th at 4pm. I got prepped and the automated text came up for the link. I get on and waited 15 mins past the appointment. I called the customer service waited for about 15 mins for an answer just to hear from the appointment specialist that they canceled my therapy session at 4pm and was crossed out without even notifying me about it. They said we can reschedule but I said no, 1st time impression is everything to me, ill take my services else where. Is this how a business should be ran, cancel on a patient without telling them?? This is my 1st time in a long time wanting 2 talk about my deep issues but I guess they showed they didn't care.”

“Save yourself the headache and find a therapist who actually values their clients time, and respects their commitments. Hannah Kubitz isn’t one of them. Not only did she cancel on me twice, but the second time was 40 minutes before the appointment was scheduled to start. What’s worse is that I was informed by multiple front desk staff that when therapists cancel, they’re supposed to leave a note. Both times she did not do that. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating, and offered to schedule me with another therapist, but I didn’t want to get my hopes up a third time.”
