I've had 2 appointments with cynthia williams and I've only canceled twice due to medical issues and she canceled as well due to stuff which I understood. But today I got a text saying due to the "excessive" cancelations on my end she needed to end out sessions entirely. That's very rude to do that to a patient who's only canceled twice while you canceled twice as well.”

Had to call the front desk at another location to figure out what was going on at the location i was at. They had no clue. Then she told my daughter that basically she just needed to get a job. On top of it charged us $275 for a 30 min visit. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We switched to Lotus and couldn't be happier!”

“Listen to all of the warnings and just go somewhere else. Scheduled a virtual appointment and waited an HOUR for no one to ever join. We never got a call, email, nothing. No explanation as to why our appointment was ignored or why no one was able to join. Unbelievable and a complete waste of time. Not a good look for a first time patient. We will be going somewhere else.”
