“I called 6 times within a week to get them to send my insurance a PA for my medicine to be able to be approved and filled. I was told everyone that they would get the message over. The 5th time I called I was irritated and they could tell. I got a call back from the office lady saying it would be done the next morning. It is the afternoon of said “next morning.” I called again (6th time) and NOTHING. The lady said she’d get it over to Brenda. This is the second time this has happened. My first appt and medication this happened as well. I thought maybe it was a fluke bc I was new. Etc. NO. If you have a mental illness that needs monitoring I’d def find someone else. This may be a good place for someone who just needs a 3 month supply of antidepressant or anxiety medication. Absolutely not for a mental illness that needs monitoring.”

“Twice I arrived for my appointment only to find out the nurse practitioner was not in the office. I traveled a long way and all it would have taken was a simple phone call. Not only did I waste my time, the girl at the window was rude and very unprofessional”

“Very bad service, inefficient. Moved locations and did not inform me that they moved and they changed appointment time without notifying me. Does not call in prescription , in a timely manner! Bad service and this has been going on for years. If you are not crazy you will be when they get through with you!”

“The psychiatrists here are absolutely terrible at treating patients with mental health issues. Specifically Doctor Ary and Doctor Bianchi. Ary is good at providing information about their services, but cannot create a mental health plan for the patient. She honestly did not care to listen to my personal problems. Doctor Bianchi did nothing to me, but throw at me unnecessary prescription drugs, which none of them helped and made me worse. The best mental health help I have had so far is from David Dees. I recommend David Dees for therapy services here. Calling here for services takes way too long and they almost never call back when you try to leave the a message here (voice mail or directly). The office employees do what they are supposed to do, but sometimes have an unfriendly attitude.”
