“Today was a schedule appointment day for my son. This would have been his first visit at Trussville location. Prior to his scheduled time, I received an email saying “Telemed”. This came an hour or two prior to an office appt. I called to verify the appt, young lady told me to go into the office. We arrived on time paid co-payment and was told the dr would call us. She never did! We received an online link at 11:09. After logging in she told us we were late and had to reschedule. Don’t go to this facility JESSICA ADWELL is HORRIBLE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! She’s rude and inconsiderate!! I wish I had read the reviews before Making an appt”

“Dr. Moise is amazing.Very gentle and patient. Listens without judging. The office staff at the front desk have crappy attitudes and seem like it is beneath them to help with getting follow up appointments. The side-eye looks they give out has no place in a medical office”

“My therapist, Anna Uffinger, has been incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding. She creates a space where I feel comfortable being open and honest, and I always leave sessions feeling heard and more grounded. She does a great job of balancing listening with offering helpful insight and guidance. My nurse practitioner, Claudia Gore, has also been amazing to work with. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns, explains things clearly, and makes me feel involved in my own care. I never feel rushed or dismissed, which is so important when it comes to mental health. Overall, I feel very supported by both of them, and I’m really grateful to have found this team. If you’re looking for compassionate, attentive, and professional care, I highly recommend them.”
