“My daughter went there today (May 8, 2026) and was diagnosed with Strep. They promised to call in a prescription to CVS in Franklin. It never got sent. I called Graves Gilbert and CVS and could not speak to a human. Finally CVS verified that it was never sent. But Graves Gilbert stopped responding to my requests. Needless to say, I did not get the medicine. Just thank God it wasn't anything serious, or we would have had to go elsewhere, and see someone else who will actually send a prescription to a pharmacy.”

“People are professional and helpful. They are always kind to the children. We live in Scottsville and the children ask me to take them here when they are sick since it's so much better than our hometown clinic. They have a pharmacy right on premises so if you need medication they can fill it while you're there. They run tests and give care just like our other Dr except they are open until 7pm and on Saturdays.”
