“I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Dr. Pacheco was and is the assigned therapist for my children. From the beginning, Dr. Pacheco has had a biased opinion about me based on information she received from my ex-wife. Over the 3.5 years that she has been appointed, nothing has been accomplished and my children are still mentally struggling. On multiple occasions, I reached out to Dr. Pacheco to get an update pertaining to my children's therapy. It should be noted that she (Dr. Pacheco) does not communicate well with me. On the few occasions where I did briefly meet with her to get an update, she advises that there is no progress and that the children are doing fine. I'm the parent and it's clear to me that that are not "fine", and she's supposed to be the therapist. Also, when I have briefly met with Dr. Pacheco over the phone, I get charged as if I was a patient and for a full session. I'm not her patient and it was most definitely not a session. It was a 15 minute call and supposed to be an update pertaining to my children's therapy. This is a very unethical organization, and if I could, I would pull my children from this practice. Unfortunately, Dr. Pacheco is very close with my ex-wife (no mother of the year award there), both of which are ok for string me and my children along with no progress concerning their mental health. I don't want to see any other children and/or parents to have to go through this type of unethical treatment. Please do your research and consider another practice.”

“Therapist was great, but I second the other review here that said "horrible billing". It’s sketchy and unethical billing practices. KEEP AN EYE on the credit card that they REQUIRE YOU TO KEEP ON FILE!!! Response to their reply: I did reach out and was told it was between me and the insurance company. When I called the insurance company they said that grand oaks did not bill correctly. I then had to call grand oaks back and tell them what to do. All this after being charged on a debt card that I did not even consent to keeping file. I was also told that “billing is the patients responsibility”…by the *billing* department 🤦‍♀️… So thanks for telling me to reach out but it was in no way thanks to you that it got resolved…”

“I've been with Grand oaks now for at least 6 months the lady's there Julie Ann and Olivia are the most wonderful lady's they all make me feel right at home. Mary Catherine my therapist is the most wonderful lady. Marry Catherine makes feel so welcome and listens to me all the time Mary Catherine is wonderful. She listens to all my problems and helps guide me in the right direction. When I'm in tears she makes feel so good by telling me I am a good person. Mary Catherine is always building me up and my confidence because she always tells me how good I am. Mary Catherine is the best. And I highly respect mary Catherine she is very wonderful. Like I said mary Catherine is the best. And the lady's at the front office. Are the best also everyone there makes me feel right at home. Mary Catherine is helping me get my self respect back. Like I said mary Catherine. Is wonderful. Thank u”
