What patients say on Google
“Dr Omaro was absolutely amazing with my 3yr old daughter. She has to have a cyst removed and the dr not only did an amazing job but she is very knowledgeable and very understanding and kind. 10/10 if you need an ENT go to her!”
“Absolutely LOVE Graham. All locations. It's been such a refreshing experience compared to OSF. The people who are in charge of care here actually care for their patients and treat us with respect. I don't have to dread coming here in fear of mistreatment or doctors who try to keep you sick. I'd much rather risk an almost hour drive to Canton for the emergency room than go to either the Monmouth or Galesburg OSF as well. If there is a vote to bring a Graham Emergancy department to Galesburg I want to be the first vote.”
“I've never had any issues with anyone at this location. Or the other location. We all need to be proactive in our lives. We know our body better than the Dr's. Please give them a chance to gain your trust. They listen to us, and I personally like the idea that they do. In my own words, This company ROCKS!! Thank You, Lori Wells”
“I would rate this place zero stars if i could for a complete lack of professionalism and care. I am pregnant and have had a ureteral stent placed for 9 weeks (3 weeks longer than it was supposed to be in). i was referred to graham urology. i waited weeks for an appointment in extreme pain with bleeding and frequent ER trips that resulted in nothing but being told to “follow up with graham”. 45 mins before my appointment i get a call from the receptionist that the provider refuses to see me because my care is beyond what they are comfortable with or capable of. they told me to call the university of iowa in iowa city and that’s all i was told. The stent is now dangerous and causing infection and Graham doesn’t care and refuses to see a patient they’ve had information on for WEEKS and wait until 45 mins before the appointment to cancel. If this results in ANY complication to my pregnancy, you will be hearing from a lawyer. AVOID GRAHAM UROLOGY AT ALL COSTS.”
