I moved to Georgia from another state, so I wanted to establish a continuation of care and I was left to scramble for an appointment in the middle of the day on a Friday. Medical offices are notoriously close at 3 pm on Friday. I called at 9am no one bothered to answer. After a few calls, around 10 am, I reached Pete, who assured me that the RX I used as a best practice was prescribed by Grace. She called me mid day to refute that. They cancelled my appointment via email instead of by phone. They are located deep into Lawrenceville. This is a basement operation in someone's home not a professionally operated business as their website alludes to.”
