“I had a poor experience as a patient here. I wanted to try a new medication for my condition, and the PA started me on one that I later learned is not indicated for what I have. It made things significantly worse. I was given two months of samples, struggled with severe nausea while titrating up, and then discovered the medication would cost over $300 a month once the samples ran out. It was very evident she pushed samples on me from a rep. I would also strongly encourage anyone using insurance here to check their bills carefully. I found charges that did not reflect the care I actually received. A family member also sought addiction treatment here and was prescribed a benzodiazepine despite a known history of addiction, along with ketamine therapy. The ketamine sessions involved being left alone in a room with minimal monitoring, which was distressing. I would encourage anyone considering this practice to ask detailed questions about medication choices, monitoring during sessions, and out of pocket costs before starting treatment. When she told them she was going to seek treatment elsewhere, instead of acting like mature adults, they called her pharmacy and cancelled all her active prescriptions.”

“Spoke with Ms. Katy, who was fine and recommended counselling. Was told to expect a call. No call, so I called them, was told again that someone would call to set up an appointment. Again, no one called, so once again I called them and was told the same thing. Again, no call. I called and asked for a short phone call with Ms Katy - not allowed, basically refused. I simply wanted to ask her in person if there was any hope of getting counselling through their firm or if I should go elsewhere and if directed elsewhere to ask for a referral. A 5 minute phone call would have been more than sufficient. Unfortunately, this is exactly the type of unprofessional behavior that I have come to expect from the mental health business in general. This firm is worse than useless - go elsewhere! I cannot rate this place low enough.”

“Update: They billed my insurance for an appointment (that I was already billed for once ??) so late that my insurance said it was a breach of contract and that I wasn't going to owe anything. So that's neat... After almost a year of dealing with this office, it was the last straw and I am breaking up with them. Go ANYWHERE else. --- Original review: There's literally always something. There's always a phone call involved, usually half a dozen. Avoid this center at all costs--there's a reason that they accept new patients faster than many other local locations. Anyone else would be worth the wait. I would change providers in a heartbeat if any other place wouldn't make me pay a first exam fee. Several times I have had to reschedule my appointment last minute (within 24 hours of my appointment time) because of a "schedule conflict" with the provider--If I did that to them, I'd be charged my full appointment cost. My provider is also often late to our appointments, especially if they are virtual--again, something they would charge me for. The billing department is a joke. I am frequently charged for appointments that were rescheduled (by them) and there is zero transparency into the billing at all. Despite there being an entire tab for it in the patient portal, there's never any statements provided. Not even a receipt. Had to call several times to get even a basic transcript of my billing history. My medications frequently run out before my next appointment that I have to constantly call to get medication coverage to fill the gap. This is it's own special kind of hell between calling in, them having to speak to the provider, call you back, get the paperwork, and then I /might/ be allowed to go get more medication. I could go on and on but they've exhausted me so this is all the effort I have left.”

“I used to have great respect for Gupta and staff...my last visit was over three years ago and I'm far better without them. The last three visits was with someone whonrefused to see you even if a minute late. Do NOT use public transportation or use this facilitybif you want better health. Just go to the gym and scream profanities in the woods. Lots of wooded areas in and near Raleigh.”
