They truly celebrate your wins and want to see you reach your fullest potential. My provider is incredible beyond words, and anyone you meet at the front desk will make you feel welcomed. “GPW has been very helpful. From rearranging the schedule to fit me in, to going to the pharmacy to get my prescription. They have gone above and beyond to help me out. They always do their best to give me the care I need whenever I am there. I’ve been a patient of theirs for a little under 2 months. Prior to being under their care I suffered from CPTSD with crippling depression and anxiety. While I’m not cured from the CPTSD, I’m starting to feel better and enjoy life once more thanks to their care. They are a godsend and I’m forever thankful for them. I am taking their advice and suggestions. So I am seeing things improve. If you are feeling lost and without options give them a call. You may find what you need is right under your nose.”

“This business is wild, in over a year of working with them, I have never had an appointment scheduled with me- I just get a notification that a time and date has been chosen despite letting them know dozens of times contacting admin and my provider and them putting it all over my chart that I need to talk to someone to pick a time that works with me, my schedule is not that flexible. In addition to them picking times without checking with me, regardless of whether I've been able to keep the appointment or reschedule for a time that does work, ten out of ten times they contact me within 24 hours to reschedule. Truly I have never had an appointment at the time it was scheduled for. I was supposed to have a meeting at 1:30 today, they wrote me last minute changing my provider to someone I have never met and having us meet at 1:45, and then called me at 1:45 saying they can't see me today and that they're rescheduling me for 7am tomorrow. This is terrible business, I would not recommend this practice. I have been bounced around to different practitioners, some of which have been really professional and lovely, others have been disorganized and unprofessional. I have really liked one provider I saw but she left the practice, very understandably. If you need consistent care with scheduling or seeing the same provider, please consider another practice.”
