“My visit here with nurse Dhruvi Patel did Not go as expected.I felt my concerns weren't fully addressed during my appointment, and I would have appreciated more time discussing my treatment options. Communication felt rushed, and I left with unanswered questions. Dhruvi Patel failed to answer most my questions also showing lack of empathy and compassion which nurse suppose to have. She should get fired asap by her manager as she was careless , lazy, dismissive and mocked me with my family health issues.”

“This practice is very unresponsive and untimely. Requesting refills every month is always a long process, and my requests through the portal are never approved unless I call. I often ask my pharmacy to contact them, to which they are also unresponsive. I enjoyed working with my practitioner, Dhruvi Patel and wish I could see her outside the practice. The overall organization management is very bad. I saw a therapist, Kaleesa Turner, for a few sessions, but became frustrated when I heard text messages being sent from her computer during our virtual sessions. I switched over to a different practice.”

She is empathetic, truly listens, is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to share that knowledge as relevant. I came here seeking support for suspected ADHD. And my expectations have been far exceeded. I feel listened to, cared for, involved in my treatment plan. And I feel that Julie is incredibly well versed and knowledgeable about ADHD, all the research and science and mechanics and considerations and side effects / things to look out for behind various treatment options; about various symptom “verticals” if you will (ie focus vs executive functioning). And as a result, my ability to live my life how I want to live it has been augmented SUBSTANTIALLY through her support. I think it’s both the medication side of things and also very much the conversations/learning that Julie facilitates.”
