What patients say on Google

“I have been coming here for about 5 months now and I absolutely love my psychiatrist. She really listens to me when I talk, and isn't just trying to medicate me. I feel comfortable in the establishment, it's very welcoming. I would highly recommend them.”

“I’ve been a patient at this practice for a year and 1/2 and I haven’t been this unhappy with this office until today. I had an appt. Saturday but the office called on Friday and told me the medicine hasn’t been delivered yet, even though I’ve had this appt scheduled for well over a month, and they asked if I could resked to come in Monday, which is today. This morning, at 11:15, as I’m driving to my appt., 1/2 way there to the office, they call me and say the medicine still hasn’t been delivered. I was livid. I asked why is my medicine not ordered and being delivered prior to this past weekend when I’ve had this appt scheduled for over a month- no answer. I also wanted to know why am I being called 15 mins prior to my appt when they’ve known it wasn’t delivered over the weekend and not when they’ve first opened this morning. I also said I wanted Dr. Gupta to call me personally because this is NOT the way a medical practice treats their patients and this is NOT the way these kind of issues are handled. Of course, she has yet to call me. I even texted GPW and told them I’m still waiting on her to call me- again, no call from her. I’m searching around for other practices to continue my care because this has become extremely unprofessional and not about the care for the patients. It’s very disappointing and it appears she’s doing this more for the money than the proper care and treatment for her patients- which is a shame.”

“I was assisted with scheduling an appointment by Eshra and was sent all the information regarding setting up my patient portal and the necessary forms that needed to be completed prior to the beginning of the appointment from both Jack and Morgan. Upon arrival , there’s no one sitting at the front desk to help check in patients. Especially being a new patient, I was looking for a warm inviting environment . I had to call the number to speak to Eshra again to communicate “hey I’ve been in the lobby for a total of 40-50 minutes. It’s now 30 minutes past the appointment time. I don’t want to be changed a $100 rescheduling fee. She then proceed to say “someone will approach me shortly. Also, could you confirm that you’re in the right location. I preceded to describe the location of the building , and even reading out the several offices around the location. Needless to say, I waited in the lobby for a total of 50 minutes. I let Eshra know that I will not be returning and to completely cancel this appointment due to the clinics poor communication and customer service.”

“This business is wild, in over a year of working with them, I have never had an appointment scheduled with me- I just get a notification that a time and date has been chosen despite letting them know dozens of times contacting admin and my provider and them putting it all over my chart that I need to talk to someone to pick a time that works with me, my schedule is not that flexible. In addition to them picking times without checking with me, regardless of whether I've been able to keep the appointment or reschedule for a time that does work, ten out of ten times they contact me within 24 hours to reschedule. Truly I have never had an appointment at the time it was scheduled for. I was supposed to have a meeting at 1:30 today, they wrote me last minute changing my provider to someone I have never met and having us meet at 1:45, and then called me at 1:45 saying they can't see me today and that they're rescheduling me for 7am tomorrow. This is terrible business, I would not recommend this practice. I have been bounced around to different practitioners, some of which have been really professional and lovely, others have been disorganized and unprofessional. I have really liked one provider I saw but she left the practice, very understandably. If you need consistent care with scheduling or seeing the same provider, please consider another practice.”
