“PLEASE LISTEN!!!! I have gone to this place for a few years now, the front desk receptionist, Jasmine is so unprofessional. She is not kind, she is very impatient, and over all Just rude to people. I hope Courtney Foreman sees this, and she realizes this is a bad look for the place. I’m not sure who owns the place but it’s not just me that feels this way. Jazmin is lazy and never wants to help. She needs to find a new job where she isn’t dealing with people. Also one time I sent my son there and Jazmin was disrespectful about him not remembering the day of who he was seeing. My son is 10. I will Not be coming back and I have about 10 other friends who are also not coming back. Please do something about this”

“I’ve done a few services here. Dr. C and his colleagues were amazing. The receptionist Jasmine is also extremely kind. I Recently started with NP Courtney, everything other reviews say is accurate. I have no intention of returning due to her.”

“Been going to this place almost 3yrs and the regular receptionist was always polite and professional. In three yrs I saw my therapist approximately 6 times. In that period she weened me off of 3 medications okay I except that. Lately after my last visit, she suggest that I take buspar with instructed doses. After about 2 weeks I felt more depressed and irritable and not motivated. So after weening myself off this week.I called her to inform her of my condition which seems to gotten worse. Her staff and not the original reveptionist was not answering the phone so I assumed she was not there. I spoke to the lady who answered the phone, she was rude and very disrespectful tone, communicated that Courtney my therapist said she told her she didn’t think that was causing it. So I said did she give you a recommendation or prescribed anything else, she rudely replied no, then she said I would ask her after less than a minute later she informed me she was not available. So I called about a couple of hours later, the same lady answered the phone, and I asked her if she heard from Courtney and she rudely replied an abruptly no. After 4pm I called back at this time I was very anngry and frustrated and left a message of giving them a sour piece of my mind. I would never go back to this place. My therapist should be discussing my condition with me not her insensitive staff. Thank you Courtney Foreman for wasting my time and handling my mental health issue with your staff and not concern enough not to speak to myself.”

“I have utilized this facility for over 5 years now. Dr. Kyle Cushing originally did testing on my son to help us create a plan that would benefit him the most. We have been seeing Ms Courtney for just as long. I understand how some other reviewers may not have been happy with the outcome of their experience. You must take into account. The extreme scrutiny and restrictions healthcare providers are under when prescribing medication, especially controlled controlled medication’s. Ms. Courtney is a more reserved person and doesn’t seem to mirror the typical mental health practitioners, which I appreciate. I have had to juggle appointments with Ms. Courtney in a non-typical manner and she has been very accommodating. Jasmine at the front desk has taken countless calls from me and resolved many issues including a lost script fiasco. I cannot express my gratitude to her! The Glenwood center is a fantastic resource for children and adults who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. Please don’t let a few poor reviews sway you from receiving help here. Every staff member has treated me and my family with respect and professionalism. You will not get along with every member, but you will receive the best care and support you deserve. I appreciate the fact that your calls are almost always answered by the front desk, not rerouted to a call center. If your call cannot be answered, you will receive a return call as soon as Jasmine is able, she is the glue to the center! I appreciate that every staff member speaks clear and fluent English. The cost value is very balanced.”
