“This is the absolute worst so called psychiatric establishment i have ever seen, the receptionist has no clue and to busy talking on her phone ,they ran out of supplies and wanted me go to another location for a urinalysis, made another appointment because the nurse practioner was ok ,went back they told me they were no longer taking new patients at that location and the nurse was not there anymore and told me I needed to see another practitioner at another location, nope....my visit was prepaid had to go literally ask for my co pay back that they charge to my hsa before i evan was seen they charged my ins for stuff that was deemed unproven and experimental and for the visit that was no longer available”
