The therapy is phenomenal, but the very judgemental non approach to medication is what really blew me away. I was prescribed a medication I tried for a week, and let her know it was a bad fit for me. She just said "okay". Every other doctor I've had has pushed me hard into continuing a medication that wasn't helping me, but she was so open to accepting that I knew my brain well enough to make that call. After a few more sessions we decided that maybe there was some ADHD going on, and we tried a new medication and a new approach and my life has literally been changed. Everything I've struggled with my entire life has finally lifted. I've made more progress in two months to living the life I want than I have in all the work I've done at other places since I was a kid. I can't recommend this practice enough.”
