“I didn't even get to come in to be able to review you. 1st time I call, no greeting, just someone picked up and left me on the line while they continued another conversation, I sat there for probably 3 minutes. Then called back, no greeting, immediately on hold for about 4-5 minutes then call just got disconnected. Way to go, if you have that many clients and business is lucrative, maybe put that on your greeting or your website that you are not accepting new clients. I shouldn't get anxiety just from having to set a mental health appt lol!! SMH”
