It was very easy to get an appointment that fit in my schedule. The check-in and checkout process was very easy and quick. Dr. Gerri was just as concerned and attentive as in the Zoom appointments. She is very easy to talk to with a relaxing atmosphere, similar to talking with a longtime friend. Highly recommended.”

“Best place for Medication and Medication Management, Diagnosis, and counseling. My Nurse Practioner Gerri takes her time with me to explain my diagnosis and how to take my meds, how the meds work, any side effects and her plan for me as well as reminding me of things I can work on or strategies to try before our next appointment session. The woman who answered my initial phone call months ago was so kind, patient and reassuring. I wasn't sure if I could do Telehealth appointments again after several years of failed attempts and frustration. The receptionist who did my phone intake and insurance information assured me if I had any difficulty at all to call her at the same number and they would walk me through it step by step. It was very reassuring and I felt hopeful I could figure it out on my own instead of my husband having to take time off from his work. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone, but especially those who have had a bad experience with Telehealth since COVID-19.”
