“What happened to the other reviews? Do y’all delete them just to keep ratings up? My experience was like the deleted reviews which left me wondering if I should even go to him. I went to him last year in hopes of getting some help. During my visit I was told I’m not the bus drive so basically speak when asked a question, don't add any details. Overall his demeanor changed throughout the session from nice to quite arrogant in some way or maybe it’s his personality. I was prescribed a medication I wasn’t comfortable with, my MD and Pulmonologist were against it. We called back only to speak to his receptionist who at the time was working from home, she was very nice and understanding. I explained my concerns about the medication and she said he would reach out to me. Well he did by mail saying he would not treat me. This felt really hurtful, a phone call would have been nice. Perhaps I wasn’t his type of clientele with a pocket full of cash.”

“He is such a good doctor. He actually listens to me and discusses what is going on in my head and helps me to understand what is going on. Then he gets to a solution. He is kind and understanding. And he likes dogs. Lots of dogs”

I went through some very tough times, and I truly appreciate all the support from Lisa and Dr. Cowan. I have to switch doctors because of an insurance change, it simply breaks my heart! I would highly recommend Dr. Cowan if you seek care, and need help. He cares, and his staff cares!”
