What patients say on Google
“I just have to say that this place has the best people. For example my therapist Kaylie Loose is absolutely amazing, kind and such a wonderful person. She makes me feel heard, seen and validated; When I do have my sessions with her she makes my day so much better because of how safe and supportive she makes me feel. She reminds me that I am a good human and that everything I feel is okay. She definitely is the my sweet side since I am so hard on my self. Another example is my psychiatrist Dejin Omer, she listens and understand everything I say and provides the right medication with me and shows me so much care and consideration along with advise. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and just all around such a sweet person ever. Also If I ever have any questions or concerns about my medication and she answers them right away even when I send over explaining long messages and doesn’t make me feel bad about it and actually comforts me. She actually listened and understood me so much that she placed with me Kaylie and told me she would be the right pick for me. These two women have changed my whole mindset and feelings about getting help and I am forever grateful for them.”
“Unfortunately, my experience with this practice was extremely frustrating, particularly when it came to communication and handling a cancellation fee. I canceled an appointment approximately 48 hours in advance and provided the requested documentation, including supporting documentation from my primary care physician. I also submitted the practice’s waiver form. Despite this, I was repeatedly redirected between different departments and was given information that seemed inconsistent. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and ownership. I repeatedly had to explain the same situation, and instead of receiving a clear answer or resolution, I was passed from one department to another. This experience was disappointing enough that I decided I no longer wanted to establish care with the practice. If a patient is already having this much difficulty communicating with a practice before becoming an established patient, it does not leave a good first impression. I hope the practice improves communication between departments and does a better job of providing patients with clear, consistent information.”
“This company has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Communication is poor across the board. I attempted to refill my son’s prescription and received no response despite waiting for an extended period. I also logged in for a scheduled telehealth appointment, only to be left waiting with no provider showing up. When I called, I was told we couldn’t be seen and would need to reschedule. It wasn’t until I escalated the situation that they finally managed to fit us in later that day. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and organization is unacceptable.”
“I was going in for an ADHD diagnosis and they charge you $70 just for that doctor to tell you to come in and take an ADHD test, which the test itself was genuinely a complete joke. I walked into the office and they sat me in a room with a laptop. The test had me do a series of random things like “press the space bar as fast as you can for 10 seconds” or “we will show you 15 words, then a series of random words. press the space bar when you recognize the word.” I guess it’s trying to test your attention span, but if I am doing one task that takes no more than 2 minutes each, then obviously I am going to do fine. I was charged $100 dollars, then plus another $70 to talk to the doctor who said I scored above average, but had needed to score below average to have gotten diagnosed. She had no bedside manners and when I was shocked to have been told that I may have had depression, she just sat there and said nothing to me. Didn’t ask what I was thinking or how I was feeling, just stared and was probably thinking how I could be robbed of another $100. I went somewhere else and got my diagnosis and a doctor who was so sweet and genuinely seemed to care about me. I do not recommend coming here for anything ADHD related, I wasted 2 months for nothing.”
