“I used to be satisfied with Geode. There's always been a little frustration when I've had to deal with hold times, customer service, and way too much paperwork with EVERY single appointment, but hey, no system is perfect. My biggest complaint has always been customer service! The answering service is HORRIBLE! RUDE! And forget leaving a message for your therapist or NP. Calls are never returned for even the simplest issue. Okay, so those are the old and unchanging issues...but now they have MIA...your happy AI lady! "She's" useless and takes up even more of my time. I can never get past her until I enter a DOB, which would be fine, except "she" can never find my DOB (even though my kids and I have been patients for a long time, and never have an issue when I get to one of the live, albeit, rude customer service staff). The policy now states that a debit card must be on file for automatic payments, and no matter how much I insist that there are, not one but two cards there, they can't seem to find that either. And those are the humans insisting that...even though it's as plain as day on the portal. Last thing...they used to be really good about answering messages and questions through the portal (and the portal only), but now you can't even get a generic response...guess poor MIA can't spell. As soon as I get my upcoming appointment out of the way, I'll be shopping around for a new therapist, and I hope the next experience is better because I don't think it can get much worse.”

I am someone who suffers from severe social anxiety & felt very comfortable & not judged or looked down on by her, she very soft spoken & calming. Her assistant Gracie is just an absolute sweetheart as well. Communication etc is very good as some medical entities I deal with leave you waiting this more anxiety over said wait. I am hopeful. I don't know of its common practice for a company to keep both Therapists and Psychiatrists under the same roof, but it has made diagnosing and weekly visits a breeze.
