“I had my first virtual appointment with Neha Sharma, PMHNP, at Geode Health and had a really positive experience. She was attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. She recommended a treatment plan that already seems to be helping, which gives me a lot of hope moving forward. I still have additional testing and therapy appointments coming up, but so far I feel encouraged and supported. I’m grateful I decided to take this step.”

“Dr. Tate Rubley has been a God send for my father! My dad was on 11 prescription drugs which had rendered him non-verbal with a horrible uncontrollable hand tremor which made it impossible for him to do some things. Tate carefully managed to wean him off SEVEN meds in the course of a few months. Dad's tremor is gone and he can talk again. He's still a work in progress but I completely trust Dr. Rubley and know he cares about my dad's health. The staff, particularly Misty, have also been absolute angels! When I have questions or needed help applying for programs to assist with costs, they readily respond. Great attitudes from everyone I've dealt with at this office. I love them! 🩵❤️🩵❤️🩵”

“I was quickly and wrongly labeled drug seeking and then never taken seriously by any one in this facility for over a year. The medicine management was handled without care. My ADHD was ignored and my depression was treated with an antipsychotic that landed me in a mental hospital. I do not recommend this location. I am now spending thousands of dollars undoing the mistreatment before I can even begin to work on the problems I had before coming here. I wanted to walk away and start fresh, but I am riddled with more anxiety that there may be other people who will be treated the same way. Keep searching! There is better help anywhere else. Don't let the care from this facility land you in the same spot I am.”

“I am a new "patient" at the Geode office in Keller. If you don't read the rest of this review.... YES this place is a YES. I met first with Kathie Gallardo and I was so nervous BUT that nervousness was calmed in the first 2 minutes speaking with her. Safe, warm and inviting. I talk a lot and after I talk a lot, I talk a lot. I felt heard and felt the opposite of judgement (whatever that word is!) Today I also met with Dr. Witek and.... SAME feeling of being heard and more importantly... UNDERSTOOD! I am sure they have many things they do for different people but if the Geode office in Keller is near you.... es you can go to this place a little less nervous if you choose them. From the front of house to the back of house the atmosphere and the people working there are sooooo inviting!!!! Yes... yes you can go here after googling and searching for an office like this. MY APPROVAL GIVEN!!! I get nothing from this review but when you find a place you know others would benefit from, sometimes the time taken to write a review is worth it!
