What patients say on Google
“I was appointed incorrectly and am being charged for a missed appointment. I did not miss the appointment, they screwed it up. I'm not paying for service I didn't receive.”
“I have not known Dr. G long, but when I first met him I felt amazingly comfortable with him. He is very kind and understanding to each of his patients needs. I have also noticed that his entire office is very helpful. The receptionist may get busy, but they will help you as fast as possible. His team of therapists are beyond any other level I've had in my many years of therapy. He and my therapist responded to an emergency call to figure out what to do for me at the hospital, and they were very concerned that I was okay. Like I said, I haven't known Dr. G long but I already feel comfortable around him as if I've known him for years.”
“This place is the worst, most disorganized psychiatric office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If it wasn't for my angelic counselor Rachel, I wouldn't have returned after the first appointment. Over 2 years, I had to deal with so many ridiculous things. The secretaries Peggy and Cindy are rude and clueless. They billed me incorrectly several times and sent bills into collections before I'd even get a bill in the mail! They closed my case without warning due to missed appointments that I've always paid. They state that it's office policies, but the amount I pay for a missed appointment is the same as the amount insurance covers when I go so what an asinine policy. I just couldn't believe that after 2 years, they refused care to someone who relies on meds and counseling to get by. But unfortunately, not surprising seeing as this office is composed of a bunch of crooks. Avoid unless you want to pay tons of money for insufficient care. I can't believe they are still in business with the way they treat psychiatric patients!!”
“So far I'm pretty disappointed in this facility. Someone I know has been struggling with anxiety and depression and decided to make an appointment earlier this week because they've been to see this doctor previously and liked him. This person was excited that they could get in to be seen this week. They showed up at their appointment time and was told that they didn't have an appointment, the call center made a mistake, and since it's been a little while they were considered a new patient so they couldn't be seen today because there were no openings. But to go home and someone would call them to make an appointment. Turns out they can't get in for another 2 weeks. I've worked in the medical field for 15+ years and to turn a patient away that doesn't have an appointment because of their own facility's mistake, especially someone struggling mentally, is absolutely absurd. I wouldn't waste my time with this office.”
