“I previously gave this 5 stars because my therapist is great, but I am changing that to 1 star because of their billing practices and insistence on asking for a review after every appointment. I'm lucky enough for my insurance to cover my appointments. That did not stop Geode from sending me a notificiation on a Thursday that I had a balance due. Then I got another email that this was incorrect and my balance would be adjusted to $0.00. Of course, there was yet another email that was my receipt from Geode Health. They went ahead and changed the card anyway! So now I have to call the billing department, which does not pick up when you call and instead requires them to call you back at their convenience, not yours. I've called twice now and not been able to speak to anyone to resolve this because of this policy. It's a shame, because my therapist is great and I've stuck with them for years through a couple of offices, but Geode needs to fix its issues or it's just going to lose their patients.”
