“Never again. First and only visit. Met briefly with Kerri Cravey N.P.A. As she was getting some health info, I mentioned I had a slight earache, nothing more mentioned about it. I also told her I needed a wheelchair Order sent to my insurance company, one that I had already picked out. Nothing more mentioned about it. Later, got a text from Walmart about a RX. I wasn't even informed an order had been sent in. It was earache medicine to the tune of $58.00 that I canceled! I DON'T have drug coverage with my insurance. She NEVER looked in my ears or told me about the order. How would she know what to order??? I had a wheelchair picked out, but she also never discussed with me one SHE ordered that I didn't know she was going to order! Canceled this too.! She was making these decisions about me WITHOUT involving me and without my knowledge! Not Right!!! Patients have a right to be aware of and involved in any and all decisions being made about them. I will never go back or recommend her or this place.”
