“Dr. Van Byssum is amazing and would recommend her to anyone. She helped me a lot. My frustrations lie when I didn't pay my bill for around $50 and it was sent to collections. I called twice and was told to call back when they got confirmation that it was paid by two different people. I then called twice to confirm that it was paid and left messages with no return call. I then got ahold of someone and was told their policy was to not accept patients back after a bill was sent to collections. I take full responsibility for it getting that far, and accept the consequences. I just wish I wasn't told different things by different people. I'd still recommend them, but just be aware that if your bill goes to collections, it is their policy to not take you back.”
