“Dr. Bliss is routinely late by 30-45 minutes and will try to end your appointment early to try to catch up. I saw her three time in a span of 1.5 months and she could never remember anything about me or what we discussed at the last appointment. She promised to follow up and never did and when I attempted to follow up she didnt respond for over two weeks. She did not listen and insisted changing my meds something I was not comfortable with. She is not open to feedback.”

“This is a very poorly run office with an unprofessional doctor. Very rarely am I compelled to write a negative review as I assume most folks are just trying to do their best, but after months of annoyance I've decided this needs voicing. Dr. Bliss was very late to my telehealth appointment with no communication from either her or her staff that she'd be late or as to why. I eventually did receive an email stating that she'd be late to my appointment, but that email came about an hour after my appointment had ended. She also overstepped a therapy boundary that I had stated early in my appointment and repeatedly overstepped that boundary after I reiterated my desire to not discuss it further. Billing communications have been very frustrating - starting with really bad emails that looked so much like spam or phishing attempts (very generic, sent early morning on a weekend, etc.) that I flagged them as such and dismissed them. I received a dunning letter and mailed my payment information nearly immediately afterward. It is now well past the due date in that letter and they haven't processed my payment. I've now been trying to pay my bill for my only appointment for three plus months. I am trying to give them my money and should not have to jump through such hoops, especially as I gave my credit card information and permission to bill at will during my intake process. It's very disheartening to be so frustrated by a business that focuses on mental health.”
