“If I could give this place No stars, I would. This place does not care about their clients at all. All they care about is the money they're pulling in. The teachers pick on the clients to the point of them getting upset. This place should be closed down. It's not helping anyone but the owner's pocketbook. Everyone has had problems with genesis alliance should report them The Georgia department of mental health and development. The teachers obviously do not know how to work with mental health clients. They should all go work at McDonald's where they don't have to deal with people.”

They do not have good customer service, nor do they have good communication about appointments or information that they find out from a doctor that is supposed to be passed to you. The management is rude and they seem to try to push everything off on you as if you are a part of the management team. They scapegoat issues that you bring forward to them.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you want to be ignored, then definitely go to this place. If you want to be treated, go somewhere else.”
