How likely are you to recommend Generations Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“I absolutely love Dr. Parsons. I’ve been through the ring with psychiatrists and doctors. He’s the first of MANY to actually listen to me, break down what is happening, and work through the issues and actually care. He is willing to go at your pace. He will go through your journey by your side. I have other friends whom have had him as their doctor for 7+ years! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. He is not a pill pusher who just wants your money. Give him a chance, and trust me, you won’t regret it.”
“This is the outpatient clinic, NOT the inpatient hospital. People are giving horrible reviews to a completely different place and type of business. The outpatient clinic with Dr Parsons is wonderful and after many years of dealing with horrible mental health professionals, he is a God send. He listens, he is very knowledgeable, he is compassionate and really cares and wants you to be your best self and will work with you to help you achieve that. I could not recommend a mental health professional more than him.”
“DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!! They will keep you WAY longer than you are supposed to be here, even if it is a voluntary hold. My friend was admitted on Thursday of last week and i haven’t been able to get ahold of him on the phone until TODAY (MONDAY) because of the rude staff that answers the phone. they have a bug infestation, and the workers do not take harassment claims seriously. if you truly care about the HEALTH and well being of yourself or your family member i highly suggest to find another facility!”
“My grandma was admitted her and within a couple days she was completely incoherent. Doesn't even have energy to talk and sounds even worse. They definitely drugged her. She was more aware before she stepped foot in there.”
