What patients say on Google
“Absolutely horrible. My son’s chart was wrong, I had to call and have it corrected. His developmental appointment lasted 20 minutes and we spent most of that being spoken down to about concerns and behavior questions I had. I was told because my son is nonverbal and we can’t “ask him why he’s doing that” we can’t make decisions about it. I switched providers and office locations. I’m so completely disgusted by the Lewisburg office. I will give the woman at the front desk all the credit in the world. She was incredibly sweet. She was the ONLY part of the appointment process that I appreciated.”
“I drove two hours for an appointment that felt rushed, dismissive, and could have been handled virtually. I left without a concrete plan and felt my concerns about school services were minimized rather than addressed.”
“After reading all of these bad reviews I was so nervous for my son to be seen here. For years we have struggled trying to get a diagnosis, and felt that since everyone said this place was bad that we wouldn’t get answers. BUT THIS PLACE REALLY CARED. The staff was incredible. The man at the front desk when you check in, so kind and friendly and so was the woman. The doctor, she took note of everything, really listened to what I had to say, did her assessments and finally had the answers we were looking for. The genetic doctor Megan, she was incredible and really explained everything in detail so I could understand better. This place really deserves more than my 5 star rating. I feel sorrow for the people previously who had bad experiences, but I can say my experience was totally opposite. Hope this helps!”
“I drove an hour and a half to come here for a referral for my son. Upon arrival, they said I didn’t have an appointment because it was “cancelled”. I never cancelled the apt. The woman at the front desk told me to give her a minute to talk with someone, so thankfully we were able to be seen! We are currently here and have been here a little over an hour now, as my son is being seen and doing multiple activities to see if he has a potential diagnosis or just a delay. I’m not sure why so many negative reviews, they are all very kind here and went out of their way to make sure we still were seen today.”
