“Did NOT park in the parking lot stopped and idled for a minute. However, I was RUDELY yelled at by an older lady that worked at this facility. Extremely disrespectful, and did not even inquire if I was there for the facility. Told me that I had to leave and was not welcome on the property. As a geisinger member with family members who have gone to the facility, I will be not recommending this place as a good place for healthcare with this kind of staff they employ.”

“Accidentally parked in their parking lot and my kids and I were berated by a staff member. Said I was sorry, didnt know and there was no signage so I gladly moved my car to the other side where KFC was bc thats where we were getting lunch and then a different nurse came.out literally yelling at us again. I then got an attitude back bc again there was NO SIGNAGE saying private parking or employees only or even patients only. Also I was parked on the side of KFC thinking it was their parking now. But as we walked to move the car for now the second time, i was still being yelled at. Mind you my kids were with me. I feel bad for patients coming here if this is how they treat people when they make an honest mistake.”

“I have been going here for quite some time and from the check in ladies to my visit with Dr Keen it's a very good experience. Dr Keen is not only very knowledgeable about all of my concerns but he takes the time to explain all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place and Dr Keen in particular to anyone who is 65+ !!!”

“Absolutely loved this place!!! Dr Dunn is exceptional!! The older front desk lady could work on her professional skills a bit!!! Quite rude, very short and snippy answering my questions! Don’t think she likes her job, she shouldn’t be working with the public with that attitude!!!”
